New Seal for the Back Fertilizer or Planter Drive Shaft.  Seal fits IH Farmall and International 140,  130,  Super A,  100,  and Farmall A Series Tractors.

This seal is for the shaft that the planter or fertilizer drive gear on the LEFT final rear drive unit attaches to.

This seal is used in the new style planter / fertilizer drive shaft seal application.

New style seal fits between planter / fertilizer drive shaft and final drive casting as shown in last photo.  The early style seal used a retainer plate to hold the seal in place.  Then retainer plate is held in place by the 4 bolts that screw in the final drive casting.  These bolt holes are present on all final drives.

The early style seal that uses the metal retainer can easily be converted to late style.  This is accomplished by simply removing and discarding the retainer plate.  Then insert the new style seal between drive shaft and the final drive housing as shown in the last photo.
