Domestic Shipping: At Burch Store Tractors, we are committed to ensuring your order is delivered promptly and efficiently. We ship every weekday, except on holidays, to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. While we strive to ship orders on the same day. In some cases, your order may ship the next business day. Most orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS.

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If no shipping charges are displayed, please contact us for a shipping quote. This usually applies to exceptions such as freight, international orders, or shipments which require multiple packages due to the weight.

Shipping Times: Shipping time are determined by the specific carrier and beyond our control. 

Upgrade Delivery Options: For those seeking faster delivery, we offer premium upgrade options, including Overnight, Second Day Air, Saturday delivery, and more, at an additional cost. Please contact us if you require upgraded delivery options.

Free Shipping:  Items that offer FREE SHIPPING applies to customers within the LOWER 48 STATES. Items which have FREE SHIPPING will be stated in the item description. For shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations, kindly contact us as noted below under Customer Support.

Tracking Information: We understand the importance of tracking your shipment. All orders will be provided with a tracking number. If you have provided us with an email address during the ordering process, we will send your tracking information via email.

Freight Shipping: For oversize and heavyweight shipments, we utilize various nationwide LTL carriers. You can also make your own shipping arrangements if you prefer. The pickup location for freight orders is at Burch Store Tractors, 4042 Burch Bridge Road, Burlington, NC 27217.

Pallet Fee: In some cases, freight orders may require a pallet for shipping. If applicable, the pallet fee will be clearly stated in the listing for the respective item.

International Shipping: For international shipments, we request that you contact us directly. This allows us to tailor the shipping method to your preferences and provide accurate pricing and delivery time frame. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any Brokerage Fees, Customs Fees, or other charges necessary for the shipment's delivery to their location.
