The outside diameter is 2 1/8" inch.
The center hole is oblong, 5/8" inch X 9/16" inch.
Lower Drive Gear ONLY FITS Cole 12 MX Multiflex planters, TEW MX Multi-Seed, and other Cole 12 MX Multiflex style planters.
