This 7 tooth idler gear,  also referred to as an idler sprocket,  is located on the main drive chain tightener arm.  The main drive chain runs from the wheel final drive gear to the counter shaft unit.

Replaces Case IH Fertilizer Countershaft Unit Idler Gear / Drive Sprocket part number PO3089.
