International McCormick Model 251, 3 Point Hitch Two Row Corn - Seed Planter.

Drive shafts turn freely.  Planter has the seed hoppers as shown.   The planter has the fertilizer base but does not have the fertilizer hoppers. 

One of the rubber tires is damaged shown in photo number 12.

International Harvester Model 251 Planters were produced with a 1 Point Fast Hitch,  2 Point Fast Hitch or a 3 Point Hitch.
