Drive shafts turn freely.   Seed and fertilizers are in good usable condition without rust holes.   One of the fertilizer hoppers has a weld on the plate as shown in photo number 15.

International Harvester Model 251 Planters were produced with a 1 Point Fast Hitch,  2 Point Fast Hitch or a 3 Point Hitch.
