Planter drive shafts turn freely.

Planter frame has some rust pitting as shown. 

Seed hopper is in good condition without holes.

International 184 planters were produced from 1957 - 1967.  They were available with a 1 point fast hitch or a toolbar mount for a multi-row planter.
