Carburetor will also fit IH Farmall or International Cub,  Cub LoBoy,  and 154 Tractors.  Will ONLY fit these models with engine serial number 312390 and higher.

This is a genuine ZENITH carburetor made in Bristol, Virginia, USA by Zenith Fuel Systems.  Look for cast logo on the side of the fuel bowl.
