4 Engine Cylinder Sleeves for IH Farmall and International 140,  240  and Other Tractor Models using the C-123 engines.

Case IH cylinder sleeve part number 370152R1.

The sleeve bore is 3-1/4" inch.  The lower sleeve outside diameter is 3.43" inch. This measurement is taken where the O-ring goes around the sleeve.

Please carefully measure your sleeve before ordering due to different engine castings!  Sleeves could have 3" inch,  3-1/8" inch,  3-3/16" inch or 3-1/4" inch bore.  The lower sleeve outside diameter could be 3.30"inch or 3.43" inch.

Engine cylinder sleeves are also commonly referred to as cylinder liners or engine sleeves.
