Retainer shim fits BOTH left or right side of transmission differential gear case.

This shin is referred to as a "medium" thickness shim (.015" inch) in Case IH parts manual.

Case IH shim part number 46063D "medium" thickness" (.015" inch).

We also stock as available other differential retainer shims if needed.  They are Case IH part numbers: 50492D (fine shim .004" inch),  46062D (light shim .007" inch),  46064D (heavy shim .030" inch).
