Spring Cultivator Attachment for 3 Point Hitch Toolbars.

Cultivator scratchers are made by International Harvester.  The clamps has the IHC Logo stamped on it.

Scratcher tines are adjustable.

Shank has one weld shown in photo number 6.

The mounting shank is the "star" style with the points.  The total diameter is 1.669 inch, which is approx 1-11/16" inch.
