New Transmission Oiler Gear for IH Farmall and International C,  Super A,  Super C,  100,  130,  200 and 230 Tractors.

Oiler gear will also fit IH Farmall A and B Model Tractors after serial number 39022.

Replaces Case IH Transmission Oiler Gear part numbers: 354643R11, 58340D.

Oiler gear is also referred to as an oil slinger gear.

The original slinger gears are manufactured from soft gray iron material which was easily chipped.   The new gears are made from machined steel and will give many years of service.

This gear's purpose is to pickup oil from the bottom of the transmission case and distribute throughout the transmission by slinging off the spinning gear teeth.  Hence the name "oil slinger" gear.  This function was especially important when using these tractors for PTO and belt pulley work with stationary equipment to keep the gearbox bearings well lubricated.

Examples of stationary equipment would be post hole diggers, augers, thrashers, hammer mills, and stationary saws to name a few.
