The hoppers are solid without rust holes.

Cole 12MX planters were offered in 1 point fast hitch and 3 point hitch.  The 3 point hitch could be unbolted and the 1pt fast hitch prong could be bolted in place.

Cole Planter Company was established in 1900 in Charlotte, NC.   Cole Planter Company was purchased by Powell Manufacturing Company in 2003 and moved to Albany GA in later years.
